The program with its intensive focus on Instructional Design is ideal for Technical, Functional, and Behavioural Training Types.

After successful completion of Certified Professional Trainer – CPT Program, the participants will be able to:

Perform competency gap analysis for Learning Need Assessments using case examples.
Analyze the application of 5 models of Instructional System of Design (ISD).
Design the structure of a chosen course, its objectives and breakdown into sessions.
Develop an ISD project for the chosen course – Compilation of trainer’s manual.
Implement the training sessions using GLOSS, EASE & OFF Models.
