Job Summary

The Head of Product Compliance is responsible for ensuring that all company products adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. This leadership role involves developing and implementing compliance strategies, overseeing compliance assessments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks and maintain regulatory adherence throughout the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop Compliance Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive product compliance frameworks aligned with company objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage the product compliance team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and professional growth.
• Compliance Assessments: Conduct thorough compliance reviews and audits for all products, identifying potential risks and recommending corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 7 years in product compliance, regulatory affairs, or a related compliance role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
• Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to product compliance. Experience in [specific industry, e.g., healthcare, technology, consumer goods] is highly desirable.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing compliance team.
