Overview

This certification provides in-depth insights into the operative areas of HR, including Procurement, Development, Compensation, Integration, and Maintenance, and how data analytics can improve workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, and employee retention. Participants will learn how to develop HR dashboards that provide real-time insights into key HR metrics, enabling organizations to optimize workforce strategies.

Additionally, this certification covers Diversity & Inclusion Analytics and Human Capital Dashboards, allowing participants to track workforce diversity, inclusion efforts, and employee engagement trends. Through real-world case studies, participants will apply HR analytics to solve business challenges, ensuring practical application of data-driven HR strategies. 

By the end of the training, participants will beequipped to use Power BI for HR reporting, predictive analytics, and strategic workforce insights, enhancing both organizational efficiency and employee experience.

Objective

This objective of this certification is to equip HR professionals with the skills to effectively analyze and visualize HR data using Power BI, enabling data-driven decision-making in workforce management. 

Participants will learn how to integrate multiple HR data sources, transform raw data into actionable insights, and apply key HR metrics to enhance operational efficiency. The certification introduces Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) for advanced calculations and predictive analytics, allowing professionals to assess trends in recruitment, employee development, compensation, and retention. 

Special focus is given to building HR dashboards, facilitating real-time monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs), workforce diversity, inclusion, and human capital analytics. 

By applying case studies and best practices, participants will develop the ability to interpret data for strategic workforce planning, policy formulation, and performance improvement.
